A bespoke, cinematic solution for client AirBnB. A part of their “Country Pubs” project, we were tasked with creating a promotional film summarising the project and how it assisted one of the regional establishments that won the competition.

A straight-up, raw product promo. Our favourite talent Grant Denyer was again employed for this project - his energy and vibrancy helps sell this machine incredibly well.

A textbook culture builder! Raine and Horne Bathurst wanted something that captured their love for the city and the positive workplace culture they produce.

Mid Western Regional Council employed us to capture their Mudgee Flavours Event. A quick turnaround with a next-day edit was required, to show the immense success of the event and capture the most organic media attention for potential future patrons.

Charles Sturts “Sprung Festival” is a fun, exciting few weeks of theatre; curated by Theatre Media Students at the University.
This fast-paced, funky promo had to conform with the festivals existing branding - something we’re used to doing.

Why film production?

Video can also lead directly to product awareness and sales. Studies show that 74% of users who watched an explainer-video about a product subsequently bought it.

If you think about it, the effectiveness of video is not that surprising. After all, vision is our most dominant sense. Most information transmitted to our brain is visual. So if already pictures can boost engagement massively, imagine what films and video production can do for your business. In addition to this, 83% of businesses say that video provides good return on investment. Even though video production is not yet the easiest or cheapest task, it pays off big time.

Trust is the foundation of conversions and sales. But building trust should be a goal on its own. The whole concept of content marketing is based on trust and creating long-term relationships. Stop selling and let the people come to you by providing them interesting and useful information about your brand or organisation. 

Promotional videos can foster trust too. Some consumers are still sceptical about buying products and services on the internet because they fear fraud and cheating. But effective marketing videos present your products in a different, conversational form. That creates a sense of individual approach which is why 57% of consumers say that videos gave them more confidence to purchase online.

Videos allow you to increase the time spent by visitors on your site. Longer exposure builds trust and signals search engines that your site has good content. You’re 53 times more likely to show up first on Google if you have a video embedded on your website. Since Google owns YouTube, there has been a significant increase in how much videos affect your search engine rank.
